Run the Talent Management Web Service Transfer

The Talent Management web service transfer process requests data from Talent Management and transfers it to DPS. It populates the appropriate fields in the Employees hub.

To transfer data between Talent Management and DPS:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Talent Management Web Service.
2. On the General tab of the Talent Management Web Service form, select the data that you want to receive or send.
3. Complete one of the following actions:

   Option	Description
   To run the transfer immediately	Click Run.
   To schedule the transfer at a later time	Click Schedule and complete the information on the Schedule dialog box.

4. After the data transfer finishes, check the grid on the General tab of the Talent Management Web Service form. If any errors or warning conditions occur during the data transfer, they display in the Message column. If the transfer finishes without errors or warnings, that column displays the number of records that were added to DPS.

You should maintain employee records in DPS. When a web service transfer is run, records in Talent Management are updated.
