Use Batch Deletes to Make Records Inactive

You can use the Batch Deletes utility to mark multiple records as inactive. This option only applies to hub records.

To mark multiple records as inactive:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Batch Deletes.
  2. On the Batch Deletes form, select the application and click Make Records Inactive.
  3. On the respective lookup, select the records that you want to mark as inactive and click Select.
  4. In response to the confirmation message, click Yes to start the batch process.
