Delete an Address from a Hub Record

You can enter multiple addresses for each client or vendor record. This can be useful if clients or vendors have more than one office or operating location. You can delete an address from a client or vendor record at any time.

You cannot delete the <Default> address. Only users with the appropriate security role can delete the address designated as the Billing address.

To delete an address from a hub record:

  1. Open the hub record from which you want to delete an address.
  2. On the General tab, use the drop-down list in the Addresses field to select the address that you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete Address button.

    DPS deletes the selected address from the client record.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each address that you want to delete from the client record.
  5. Click Save.
