Select the checkbox next to each account record that you want to add, or use the
Select All checkbox at the top of the grid to select all records (maximum of 50) on the lookup.

This field displays the account name.

This field displays the account type.

This field displays the account number.

to select the account record(s) and add them to the rate table.
