The Calendar Views pane lets you choose items that will appear on the calendar. You can also customize Calendar settings from this view.
If Calendar Views does not display in the text box on the left pane, click
and select
Calendar Views.

Year/Month/Date

This area lets you choose the time period or date that will display on the right pane of the Calendar. Click on the
and
until the year that you want appears, and then select a month. Or, click
to pick a date.

Views

Select the checkbox of the item that you want to appear on the calendar:
- Select
Events if you want to display activities that are classified as calendar in the Activity Type Settings form. These activities maybe associated with a
contact,
opportunity,
project, or user-defined hub, or
marketing campaign. The color yellow orange is used to represent events in the calendar.
- Select
Tasks if you want to display activities that are classified as
tasks in the Activity Type Settings form. These activities maybe associated with a
contact,
opportunity,
project, or
marketing campaign. The color green is used to represent
tasks in the calendar.
- Select
Timesheets if you want to display timesheet entries. The color blue is used to represent timesheet entries in the calendar.

Calendars

Select the checkbox next to the
employees whose calendars you want to display. By default,
My Calendar is selected.
Click
to display the Calendar Sharing dialog box where you can manage who you share your calendar with and view
employees that have shared their calendars with you.

Calendar Settings

Click
to specify calendar settings such as the days of the week, the day when a week starts, the time scale, the date format, and others.
