Use this tab to view the employee calendars that are shared with you.

Select the check boxes next to the employees with shared calendars that you want to view. The items from each calendar display in your own calendar when you select the employee names in the
Calendars area in the Calendar View.

Click this icon next to an employee's name to remove the shared calendar and then respond to the confirmation prompt. The employee will have to re-share the calendar with you if you remove it from your list.
