Schedule a Follow-up Activity on the Calendar

When scheduling a follow-up activity, you copy an existing activity on the calendar and change its details as needed.

To create a follow-up activity:

  1. In the navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Calendar.
  2. Click the activity for which you want to schedule a follow up.
  3. In the pop-up info bubble, click Open. The details of the original activity displays in the Activity form.
  4. Click Actions > Copy A new activity record is created. By default, "Follow-up" is added to the activity name.
  5. Select a value for the Type field (for example, meeting, call, or email) and make other changes on the Activity dialog box.
DPS automatically saves the follow-up activity.
