Access Rights to Menu Items

When you set up security roles, you can assign access rights to specific DPS menu items.

For each security role, you specify menu access on the Overview tab of Settings > Security > Roles.

In most cases, you will select specific menu items and/or submenu items for each security role.

Select the Full access to all menu items option to assign full access rights to all menu items listed. If you customize your Navigation pane, the list reflects those changes. If menu items are added to DPS in the future, the role will automatically have access to the new menu items.
