Toolbar of the Intercompany Billing Form

Use the options on the Intercompany Billing toolbar to run or schedule the Intercompany Billing process, set up invoice terms or options, or run the Intercompany Billing report.

Field Description
Run Click this option to run the intercompany billing process. The procedure that you use depends on whether you're running in draft or final mode and whether or not you are using detailed subledgers.
Schedule Click this option to display the Schedule dialog box. Use the fields on the Main tab of the Schedule dialog box to set the date and time at which the Intercompany Billing process should run.
Report Click this option to generate the Intercompany Billing Detail report.
Invoice Terms Click this option to display the Invoice Terms dialog box, where you set defaults for invoice terms between two companies. This dialog box is available if you use detailed subledgers.
Invoice Options Click this option to display the Invoice Options dialog box, where you select invoice options such as dates, invoice numbers, and templates. This dialog box is available if you use detailed subledgers.
Restore Default Click this option to reset options to their default settings.
