Contents of the Email Recipients Pane in Microsoft Outlook

Use this pane to view the list of the recipients who are included in the email.

Field Description
Click this icon to close the pane and return to the contact information pane.
Contacts (x) The number of email recipients who are entered as contacts in DPS displays at the top of the recipient list.
Recipients List The email recipients are identified in the list.
  • The recipients who are entered as contacts in DPS are listed first.

    When you click a recipient that is entered as a contact in DPS, the contact information pane automatically opens and displays the selected contact's information.

  • For recipients who are not entered as contacts in DPS, click the Add icon beside their email address to open the Contacts hub and add them as contacts in DPS.
