Enter information in this pane to connect Microsoft Outlook to your
DPS database.
After you enter the information in this pane and successfully connect to your
DPS, the connection information is saved and used automatically every time you open Outlook.

| Deltek URL
|
Enter your
DPS browser URL. Example: https://Yourcompanyname.deltekfirst.com/Yourcompanyname.
Make sure the URL does not end in "client" or "app."

| User ID
|
Enter the user ID that you use to log on to
DPS.
|
| Password
|
Enter the password that you use to log on to
DPS.
|
| Deltek Database
|
This field displays if you have more than one
DPS database for the URL that you entered in the
Deltek URL field. Select the
DPS database that you want Outlook to connect to.
|
| Windows Authentication
|
If you want the Outlook add-in to use your Microsoft Windows username and password instead of your
DPS credentials for logging in, select this check box.
This check box displays only if your user record in
has the
Windows Authentication check box selected.

| Deltek Application Version
|
The application version displays below the
Windows Authentication check box.

|
Click this button to connect Outlook to your
DPS database.
