Display the Welcome Pane in Microsoft Outlook

This DPS pane displays in Microsoft Outlook.

Prerequisites: The Outlook add-in must be installed.

Display the welcome pane in one of the following ways:

• When you open Outlook the first time after you install the Outlook add-in, the Welcome pane displays automatically.
• After you enter and save the connection information in the Welcome pane, to access the Welcome pane again to change the connection information:
  1. Open an email that has a recipient or sender who is entered as a contact in DPS.
  2. Complete one of the following:
     • In Outlook Web App: Click the DPS icon in the email, and select Open Deltek > Settings > Account Information.
     • In Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Mac: In the Deltek group on the Home tab in the Outlook ribbon, click Settings > Account Information.
  3. In the Account Information pane, click the Disconnect button.

     The Welcome pane displays automatically.
