Copy an Existing Pay Rate Table

You can copy an existing pay rate table to use as the basis for a new one.

To create a table from an existing table:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Accounting > Cost/Pay Rate Tables, then select the table (Labor Rates, Labor Categories, or Labor Code).
  2. To open a table to copy, enter the name or number in the Search field or use the lookup to select a table.
  3. In the Table Number field, enter an alphanumeric code to associate with the table.
  4. In the Table Name field, enter the table name.
  5. Enter information appropriate for the type of table that you are copying.
  6. Click Save.
