Modify a Phase or Task Record

Use the Projects hub form to modify phase or task records. If you need to update the same data in multiple records, use the Search and Replace utility.

To modify phase or task information:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Hubs > Projects.
  2. On the Projects hub form, select the project record.
  3. Click the Phase/Task icon.
  4. On the Phase/Task lookup, click the name of the phase or task.
  5. Modify the phase or task information.
  6. Click Save.
