Pin the Phase Task Lookup

After you display the Phase/Task lookup, which lists all of the phases and tasks defined for the current project, you can pin the lookup to keep it displayed as you work in the Projects hub.

To pin the Phase/Task lookup:

1. From the Navigation menu, click Hubs > Projects.
2. On the Projects hub form, click the Phase/Task icon. DPS displays the Phase/Task lookup. Only the phases and tasks that belong to the current project display in the lookup (in descending order).
3. Click to pin the lookup so that it remains visible while you have records open on the form.
4. To see data for a different phase or task, click its identifier on the lookup.
