View Phase or Task Details

The Phase/Task lookup lists the phases and tasks defined for a project. In the Projects hub, you can use the Phase/Task lookup to view record details for a specific phase or task. In other areas of DPS, you can use the Phase/Task lookup to enter a phase or task in a Phase or Task field.

After you open the Phase/Task lookup, click at the upper right of the lookup to pin the lookup to the application page so that it remains visible while you have the record open.

To view phase or task details:

  1. Click the Phase/Task icon, which displays at the upper left of the Projects hub form. DPS displays the Phase/Task lookup. Only the phases and tasks that belong to the current project display on the lookup (in descending order).
  2. To select a phase that does not have tasks, click the phase in the Phase/Task Lookup. DPS displays the phase details in the Projects hub record. If a phase has tasks, you must select a task to see phase details.
  3. To select a task, click the corresponding phase to display the tasks for that phase, and then click the appropriate task. DPS displays the phase and task details in the Projects hub record.
