View Supporting Documents in Project Review

In Project Review, you can view supporting documents that have been attached to employee expense reports, units transactions, AP vouchers, and AP disbursements.

The supporting documents are uploaded and attached to employee expense reports in Time & Expense and to units, AP vouchers and AP disbursements in Transaction Entry. In Project Review, you can also view supporting documents that were uploaded in Interactive Billing for expenses, AP vouchers, AP disbursements, and Units transactions.

To view supporting documents:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Accounting > Project Review.
  2. On the Project Review form, enter a project or use the lookup to select one.
  3. Click the Cost tab or the Billing tab, then click the blue, underlined amount in one of the following fields for the supporting documents that you want to view: Direct Consultant, Direct Expense, Reimbursable Consultant, Other Reimbursable.
  4. On the drill-down dialog box that opens, click the blue, underlined amount in the grid for the employee or vendor for which you want to view supporting documents.
  5. On the next drill-down dialog box, click the icon with the green check mark in the Document field in the grid for the specific expense item whose supporting document you want to view. If no document is attached to a transaction item, the icon with the blue up arrow displays in the Document field. There is no icon in this field for expenses that are not entered on an expense report or AP voucher.
  6. On the Supporting Document dialog box, select the document to view, and then click View to open and view the document.
