Change a Line Item's Quantity

You can increase or decrease the quantity for a line item.

To change a line item's quantity:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Purchasing > Purchase Orders.
2. In the Line Items grid of the Purchase Orders form, click . DPS adds a new row to the grid.
3. Complete this new row for the item.
4. To change the quantity, enter the amount in the Qty field. To increase the order, enter a positive number. To decrease the order, enter a negative number.
5. Click Save.
