Contents of the Cancel Order Dialog Box

Use the fields and options on the Cancel Order dialog box to specify the reason for canceling the purchase order.

Field	Description
Reason for Cancel Order	Select the reason for canceling the purchase order. You define the reasons on the Reason/Quality tab of the Purchasing & Inventory System Settings form (Settings > Purchasing & Inventory > General System).
