Contents of the Change Order Dialog Box

Use the fields and options on the Change Order dialog box to specify the reason for modifying the purchase order.

Field	Description
Reason for Change Order	Select the reason for making a change to the purchase order, such as an over shipment or change in scope. You define the reasons on the Reason/Quality tab of the Purchasing & Inventory System Settings form (Settings > Purchasing & Inventory > General System).
