Future Period Range
|
Select the first period for which you want to display a period forecast amount. You can select any of the next four periods following the current period. The report displays period forecast amounts for that period and the two periods that follow it.
If you select the next period following the current period, the report displays period forecast amounts for that period and the two periods that follow it.
If you select a later period, the report displays a summary forecast amount for any periods between the current period and the first period in the future period range, followed by the period forecast amounts for each of the periods in the range. For example, if your current period is 2/2018 and you select
6/2018, the report displays summary forecast amounts in the
3/2018 thru 5/2018 column along with the three columns for each of the individual periods in the range:
6/2018,
7/2018, and
8/2018.

Number of passed periods used for system calculation of days

Enter the number of periods you want
DPS to use to calculate the average collection days and average payment days. The maximum number is 26 periods. If you enter zero, the current forecasted budget displays.

Override System Calculation of Days
|
By default,
DPS calculates the average collection days and average payment days. If you instead want specify one of these values, select the corresponding check box and enter the average number of days.

Select all Organizations
|
Select this check box if you want to include all organizations in the report. Clear this check box if you want to select organizations for the report.
If you use multiple companies, you can only select organizations belonging to the active company.

Select One or More Budgets
|
Select the budgets to include in the report: The list only shows budgets that belong to the organizations you select for the report.
If you use multiple companies, you can only select budgets belonging to the active company.
