Contract Management General Tab

Use the General tab to select report options for the Contract Management report and to save sets of options for reuse.

Field Description
Report Name You can change the default report name.
Create Activity To create activities in the Activity Manager when you generate the report, select this check box. DPS displays the Activity dialog box so that you can enter information about the activity, including its type (email, phone call, meeting, touchpoint, and so on), primary contact, and date/time. DPS creates an activity for each record included on the report.
Contract Time Frame Specify the contracts that have a particular time period for the report:
  • All: Select this option if you do not want a report to filter out any contracts based on the Request Date, Approved Date, or Period assigned.
  • Request Date Range: Select this option to generate a report for contracts assigned a requested date within a specific range.
  • Approved Date Range: Select this option to generate a report for contracts assigned an approved date within a specific range.
  • Period Range: Select this option to generate a report for contracts assigned an accounting period within a specific range. You can select accounting periods from the drop-down lists.
Status To select records for the report based on contract status, use the Contract Status lookup to select one or more status settings, such as Approved & Signed, Negotiation, Pending, Rejected, or Sent for Signature.
Type To select records for the report based on contract type, use the Contract Type lookup to select one or more types, such as Additional Services, Change Order, Letter of Agreement, or Original.
Print Contract Notes Select this check box to print the notes assigned to each included contract.
Page Break by Project Select this check box to insert a page break between each project.
Final Totals Select this check box to include a line at the end of the report that displays totals for all amount columns.
Report Fees in

Use this option to select the currency for the report:

  • Billing currency
  • Project currency
  • Project's functional currency
  • Presentation currency
