Display the Add or Modify Calculated Field Dialog Box

You display the Add or Modify Calculated Field dialog box to create or modify calculated fields for use on reports.

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report.
  2. In the Reports grid, click the Options column for the report.
  3. Click .
  4. On the Options dialog box, click the Columns tab.
  5. To create a new calculated field, click New Calculation. To modify an existing calculated field, click in the row for the field in the grid and then click Edit Calculation.
