Group Advanced Search Results (Desktop)

After you do an advanced search of a previewed report, you can change how the results of the search are grouped.

To change the grouping for advanced search results:

1. Preview the report, click on the Preview window toolbar to open the search pane at the bottom of the Preview window, and run the advanced search.
   
2. Click Search Results at the top of the grid on the Results tab.
3. Click Enable Grouping on the menu.
4. Use the mouse to drag columns to the area above the grid to establish the group levels that you want.
