Payroll Labor Detail General Tab

Use the General tab to select report options for the Payroll Labor Detail report and to save sets of options for reuse.

Field Description
Report Name You can change the default report name.

Time Frame

Specify the time frame for payroll data included on the report.

Field Description
Period

Select a setting:

  • Current: The report shows data for the accounting period that is currently open.
  • Year-to-date: The report shows data for the current fiscal year through the current accounting period.
  • Job-to-date: The report shows data from the beginning of the project through the current accounting period.
Period Range Specify a range of accounting periods. If you do not specify a starting period, the report includes all data through the ending period.
Dates Specify the start and end dates for the range of data to be included.

Options

Field Description
Employee Page Break Select this check box to insert a page break before each employee's data.
Print Comments Select this check box to include timesheet comments. The expanded text content will display when this option is selected.
Select Payroll Posting Runs Button To generate the report for selected payroll posting runs, click this button. The Payroll Posting Logs dialog box lists all payroll posting runs for the reporting period that you specify in Time Frame. You can select one or more runs.
Print Final Totals Select this check box to include a line at the end of the report that displays report totals for all amount columns.
Print Unpaid Hours Select this check box to display hours reported on timesheets but not yet paid. DPS marks report lines for unpaid hours with U.
Print Paid Hours Select this check box to display all hours for which employees have been paid.
Consolidate Phases Select this check box to summarize all phase information for the currently selected project.
Consolidate Tasks Select this check box to summarize all task information for the currently selected project.
Project Lookup To filter labor detail to a set of projects, use the Project lookup to select the projects.
