Change Column Order

Columns appear on a report in the order that they are listed on the Columns grid on the Columns and Groups tab. The first selected column in the list is printed as the first report column and the last selected column is the last column printed. To change that order, you move columns up or down in the list.

To move a column:

  1. On the selected report, click the Columns and Groups tab.
  2. At the far left of a column on the Columns grid, hover over a row to display the reorder button.
  3. Click and drag the column up or down in the list to change its order.
