Change the Sort Order

DPS applies sorting and grouping criteria in the order that they are listed on the Sorting/Grouping tab on the Columns and/or Groups tab. DPS first sorts by the first selected criterion in the list, then by the second, and so on. To change that order, move criteria up or down in the list.

To move a sort criterion:

1. Click the Sorting/Grouping tab on the Columns and/or Groups tab.
   
2. Click in the row for the criterion that you want to move.
3. Click to move the criterion up or down.
4. After you set all report options, click Save.
