Scheduling Reports and Profiles

You can schedule a favorite report, a standard report, or a profile to be generated at another time.

A profile is a group of reports that you normally want to print at the same time. You can add any report to a profile. In most cases, firms schedule a profile to run on a regular basis.

For example, to generate a set of General Ledger reports every week, you could do the following:

• Set up a GL Reports profile that includes the Account Analysis, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Profit Planning Monitor, and Trial Balance.
• Submit the profile to be printed each Friday at the close of business.
