Reject an Expense Report

If you have the employee expense approvals workflow enabled, you can reject an expense report that does not meet the requirements for an approval.

The Reject option is available on the Expense Report form if you have the appropriate rights to reject expense reports based on the approvals workflow.

To reject an expense report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. Use the search field above the Expense Reports form to search for and select the expense report that you want to review. You can use the All Pending Approval search filter to find and open the expense report.
  3. Review the expense report and click Reject in the Actions bar.
  4. On the Reject dialog box, enter a comment and click Reject.
