Contents of the Benefit Hours Details Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to view employees' benefit hours that have been earned and taken, along with the current balance.

Field	Description
Code	This field displays the code, such as sick time, that is entered on the Benefit Accrual Setup tab in (Settings > Advanced Accounting > Time Analysis).
Earned	This field displays the number of hours of benefit time earned in this payroll period.
Taken	This field displays the number of hours of benefit time taken in this period.
YTD Earned	This field displays the number of hours of benefit time earned for the year.
YTD Taken	This field displays the number of hours of benefit time taken for the year.
Balance	This field displays the total number of benefit hours left for the year ( YTD Earned less YTD Taken).
