Contents of the Hours and Pay Details Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to view employees' number of hours and pay details.

Field Description
Hours This field lists the following for the current employee:
  • Regular: View regular hours worked by the employee, broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
  • Overtime: View overtime hours worked by the employee, broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
  • Overtime-2: View Overtime-2 hours worked by the employee, broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date. This appears only if secondary overtime is enabled on the General tab of Settings > Advanced Accounting > System.
  • Total: View the total number of hours worked by the employee for the current pay period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
Pay This field lists the following for the current employee:
  • Regular: View the amount paid to the current employee for regular hours worked, broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
  • Overtime: View the amount paid to the current employee for overtime hours worked, broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
  • Overtime-2: View the amount paid to the current employee for overtime-2 hours worked, broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date. This appears only if secondary overtime is enabled on the General tab of Settings > Advanced Accounting > System.
  • Other Pay: View the amount paid to the current employee for reasons other than regular, overtime, or overtime-2 hours worked (for example bonus), broken out by the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
  • Total: View the total amount paid to the employee for the current period, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
