The Approvals option displays only if you are an approver for the current approval workflow step or if you are the workflow's administrator. These are specified on the General tab in for an approval workflow.
The Reassign option displays only if the Allow Approvers to Reassign check box is selected for an approval workflow on the General tab in Approval Workflows Configuration for an approval workflow.
