Print or Preview a Transaction List

Before you post the transaction file, review the transaction list to confirm the accuracy of the data in the file.

If the Preview window opens automatically, use its options to print, email, or download the transaction list.
To print a transaction list:
  1. On the Navigation menu, click Transaction Center > Transaction Lists.
  2. In the Transaction Type field on the Transaction List form, select a transaction type.
  3. Highlight the transaction files that you want to include on the transaction list.
  4. If you are using Time and Expense, use the Timesheet and Expense Report tabs to view associated timesheets or expense reports.
  5. On the toolbar of the Transaction List form, click the Transaction list option and select one of the following print or preview options:
    Option Description
    Print Print a file to your default printer using the Print Transaction List dialog box.
    Preview Preview a file on screen before you print it.
    Print - Errors Only Print a file to your default printer using the Print Transaction List dialog box. This file includes errors for the current transaction batch.
    Preview - Errors Only Preview a file on screen before you print it. This file includes errors for the current transaction batch.
    Show Report Options Select this option if you want the Transaction List dialog box to display every time you select any of the print or preview items in Transaction List drop-down menu. On the dialog box you can change the report layout (such as margins, font, and so on) and the title of the report or leave the settings as they are before you print or preview the report.
