Review or Print a Transaction List for Timesheets from Time & Expense
If you are using Time & Expense, you can use the Timesheets tab of the Transaction Lists form to view details about employee timesheets.
If the Preview window opens automatically, use its options to print, email, or download the transaction list.
To view employee detail:
- On the Navigation menu, click .
- On the Transaction Lists form, click the Timesheets tab.
- In the Period Ending field, select the end date of the period for which you want to view data on the Transaction List report.
- In the Group field, select the employee group whose timesheets you want to review.
- In the Line Item Approval field, select the line item approval setting, such as Partial or Complete.
- In the grid, select the employee files to include in the Transaction List report.
- On the toolbar of the Transaction List form, click the Transaction list option, and select one of the print or preview options.
