View Timesheet Ratios from a Timesheet

From timesheets, you can view your timesheet ratios, which show your utilization by comparing your direct (billable) hours with some variation of totals hours within a specific timeframe.

For employees to view ratios on timesheets, your system administrator must select the timesheet ratios and timeframes in Settings > Time > Ratios.

To view your timesheet ratios from a timesheet:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Timesheet.
  2. On the Timesheets form, click your name at the top of the form.
  3. On the Employees Card dialog box, click the Ratios tab, and view your ratios. Depending on the ratio settings specified by your system administrator, you will see up to five timesheet ratios for various timeframes: the current timesheet period, month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and/or year-to-date.
