AR Paid Utility

If your paid Accounts Receivable data is out of sync, use this utility to correct it.

The Accounts Receivable posting process usually updates the paid Accounts Receivable data automatically, but you can use this utility if the data gets out of sync.

The AR Paid Update utility updates the Accounts Receivable database table by recalculating the most recent period in which each invoice was paid in full. On the Accounts Receivable Aged report, DPS compares this information to the current period to determine which invoices to show.
