Contents of the Employee Absence Accrual History Form

Use the fields and options on the form to enter the historical data for benefit accruals.

Header Information

Field Description
Company Select the company associated with the employee.
Field Description
Period Ending Select the fiscal period for the historical data.
Field Description
Employee Select the employee for whom to enter historical data.

Absence Accruals Grid Fields

Field Description
Absence Accrual Code DPS displays the employee's benefit accrual code. You set up the accrual codes on the Absence Accrual form in Settings > Accounting > Absence Accrual.
Description DPS displays the descriptions of the benefit accrual code.
Starting Balance Enter the employee's starting balance for the current active period for the accrual code.
YTD Earned Enter the number of hours that the employee has earned for the accrual code this year.
YTD Taken Enter the number of hours that the employee has taken for the accrual code this year.
