| Combine Existing Organizations

Select this option if you want to consolidate existing codes.
DPS allows you to enter an existing organization code in the
New Organization field.

| Organization

Select the organization codes that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Organization lookup to select one organization code.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the Organization lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all organization codes.

| Name
|
This field displays the name of the organization. Click this field to go to Individual Organization Setup, where you can modify organization data.

| New Organization
|
Enter a new organization code. Or, if you selected the
Combine Existing Organizations option, enter an existing organization code.
