Contents of the Key Convert Tasks Form

Select the tasks to combine or change.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Tasks	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing tasks. DPS allows you to enter an existing project number in the New Project field. Before you combine tasks, it is important to consider if the projects have associated plans. Plan data for the tasks will be combined. When you combine records that contain one or more attached documents, all documents from both records are attached to the new record.
Project	Select the project number that you want to change.
Phase	Select the phase that you want to change.
Task	Select the task that you want to change.
Name	This field displays the name of the project. Click this field to go to the Projects hub, where you can modify project data.
New Project	Enter an existing project number if the Combine Existing Tasks option is selected. Enter a new project number if the Combine Existing Tasks option is cleared.
Phase	Select the new phase.
Task	Select the new task.
