| Combine Existing Withholding Codes

Select this option if you want to consolidate existing withholding codes.
DPS allows you to enter an existing withholding code in the
New Withholding Code field.

Select the withholding codes that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Withholding Code lookup to select one withholding code.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the Withholding Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all withholding codes.

This field displays the name of the withholding code. Click this field to go to Payroll Withholding Setup, where you can modify withholding code data.

| New Withholding Code
|
Enter a new withholding code. Or, if you selected the
Combine Existing Withholding Codes option, enter an existing withholding code.
