Set the Frequency for Automatic Updating Between DPS and QuickBooks Online

Specify how often you want automatic updating to occur between DPS and QuickBooks Online.

To set the frequency for automatic updating:

1. In the Navigation pane in DPS, select Utilities > Integrations > QuickBooks. You can access this utility when you log in to DPS using your setup credentials during the initial setup of DPS or when you log in to DPS without your setup credentials after the initial setup.
2. On the QuickBooks form, click the Integration Setup tab if it is not open.
3. In the Interval (In Minutes) field in the Scheduling Settings section, enter the time interval in minutes that you want the automatic updating to occur. It is recommended that you enter 5 or fewer minutes. If you enter 0 (zero), no updating occurs.
4. Click Save.
