Send an Email Message in Outlook and Create an Activity in GovWin Capture Management

You can automatically create an activity in GovWin Capture Management when you send an email message in Outlook.

To send an email message and automatically create an activity in GovWin Capture Management, complete the following steps:

  1. In Outlook, create an email message.
  2. Instead of clicking Send, click the Add-Ins tab and click Send and Create Activity on the toolbar. GovWin Capture Management creates an activity that is attached to both the customer and the associated contact. If the email contains an attachment, GovWin Capture Management saves the attachment as part of the activity record.
