Associate a Link with a Project

Use this procedure to associate a document link with a project in PM Compass.

To associate a document link with a project, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Link Center.

  2. On the Link Center Form View form toolbar, click List View.

    Alternatively, you can search for the link using the Search functionality. In this case, the Link Search dialog box displays. After selecting the link, the Link Center Form View displays. Proceed to step 5.

  3. On the Link Center List View, in the Link Center grid, select the document link that you want to associate with the project.

  4. Click Form View.

  5. On the Link Center Form View, click the Projects tab.

  6. On the Projects tab toolbar, click Associate.

  7. Using the Project Search dialog box, select the project with which you want to associate the link.

  8. Click Save.
