Set Up Process Server and Queue Options

Use this procedure to set up the various options to run process servers and queues.

To set up process server and queue options:

1. In the Navigation pane, click ADMINISTRATION > Process Servers and Queues.

2. On the Process Servers and Queues form, you can perform any of the following actions:

   • To add a new process server, in the Process Servers section, click + Add Server.
   • To delete a process server, in the Process Servers section, click and select Delete in the selected server's row.
   • To add a process queue, in the Process Queues section, click * Add Queue.
   • To delete a process queue, in the Process Queues section, click and select Delete in the selected process' row.
   • To define the duration of days to retain logs, in the Process Log Retention section, enter your desired values. You can only enter a value between 1 and 32, 767.
3. When you are done, click Save.
