Detail and List Views
You can view information in both the Detail and List views.
Toggle between the two views by clicking Switch to List View
or Switch to Detail View 
at the top right area of a form. After you select a view, PPM Administrator defaults to that view each time you access that form.

The detail view displays a single record (for example, a single user) and is the default view when you initially open a view.
Use this view to see license, user, group and role information in rows.
