Import Log Dialog Box

When you import users from a .CSV file and errors are encountered during this import, the Import Log dialog box displays to show the errors encountered during the import.

FieldDescription
Process Name

This field displays the name of the import process.

Executed by

This field displays the user who initiated the process.

Started

This field displays the date and time when the process started.

Ended

This field displays the date and time when the process ended.

Message Count

This section displays the count per log severity level.

  • SEVERITY: This column displays the log severity level. It can be Error, Warning, or Info.
  • COUNT: This field displays the count of messages for the given severity.
Process Parameters

The contents of this grid differ by process type.

  • PARAMETER: This column displays the parameter name.
  • VALUE: This field displays the value for the parameter.
Messages

This column displays the contents of the generated message.

  • LINE NO: This column displays the line or row of imported data.
  • USER ID: This column displays the User ID of the record that generated the message.
  • SEVERITY: This column displays the log severity level. It can be Error, Warning, or Info.
  • MESSAGE: This column displays the message generated during import.
