UDT02 Supervisor tab

This non-editable column displays the supervisor name for this UDT02.

This non-editable column displays the supervisor ID for this UDT02 if your system is configured to show employee IDs. If your system is not configured to show employee IDs, the column will not display.

This non-editable column displays the functional role name for the supervisor.

If your system is configured to not show employee IDs, this field will not display in the dialog.

If the field is displayed, select the Lookup button to the right of the field. A Lookup dialog will display in which you can select a supervisor record. Select the button to the left of the row in the Lookup dialog, then select OK to fill in the supervisor name and supervisor ID (if shown) in the dialog.

Select the functional role for the supervisor from the drop-down box. The default value is a blank.

The available options for the Function are based on the functional roles you have set up in the system that are designated for "C" (Charges) or "B" (Both - for both employee and charge type functional roles.) The functions are listed in alphabetical order.

Select the OK pushbutton to add the supervisor to the UDT02. The dialog will close and the supervisor's table will be refreshed with the new supervisor.

If you have not supplied a supervisors name or ID, the system will display the following error message: "Supervisor ID/Name is required."

Select the Cancel pushbutton to close the dialog without adding a supervisor.

Supervisors

Use the Supervisors tab to view supervisors for the selected UDT02 in supervisor name order. If your security role is set up to have charge security turned off, you can also add or delete supervisors for this UDT02.

If your security role is set up to have charge security turned on and your functional role as a supervisor allows you to modify Udt02s, you can also add or delete supervisors for this UDT02. If your functional role as a supervisor does not allow you to modify UDT02s, the Add Supervisor and Delete Supervisor table functions will be disabled.

Select one or more supervisors that you wish to delete for this UDT02 by selecting the checkbox to the left of the row(s). To delete all of the supervisors in the table, select the checkbox in the upper left corner of the table. This will select all of the rows. Then select the Delete Supervisor function to delete the supervisors.
