Enter a 20-character, uppercase alphanumeric UDT07 code. Each code must be unique.  

Note: The number of characters you enter cannot exceed the size set up in the General Configuration screen for "UDT07."

Enter up to 30 characters for a UDT07 description. You should make descriptions as short as possible and properly capitalize them because they are used in drop-down boxes and as column headings for reports and inquiries.

This field will display only if you selected the Costpoint Multicompany checkbox in the Miscellaneous tab of the General Configuration screen. See the "Costpoint Multicompany" special topic for details on this feature.

If the field displays, use the drop-down box to select the Costpoint company that you wish to associate with this UDT07. For a new UDT07, the first Costpoint company in the list is the default value. For an existing UDT07 record, the Costpoint Company field will be non-editable.

Select this checkbox if the UDT07 is active. The default value for this checkbox is checked.

Enter the rate 1 rate that you wish to use for this UDT07. This field will be available if you are calculating Rate 1. The range is "-99999999.99999" to "99999999.99999."

Enter the rate 2 rate that you wish to use for this UDT07. This field will be available if you are calculating Rate 2. The range is "-99999999.99999" to "99999999.99999."
