Select a checkbox next to a row on the main screen and select the Inactivate pushbutton to launch the Inactivate Dependents/Beneficiaries Benefits screen, which shows all of the benefits that are affected by dependent/beneficiary inactivation. You must select the Confirm pushbutton on this screen to save the inactivation to the system.
The number of tables that appear in this screen is determined by system data tied to the dependent/beneficiary being inactivated. In the Benefits Enrollment mode, these tables can display: Current Benefit Coverage, Benefit Enrollment Elections, Current Beneficiary Assignments, and Benefit Enrollment Beneficiary Assignments.
