This non-editable column displays the UDT selected as a level. For example, if you selected "UDT02" for Level 1 in the Criteria tab and you are viewing the level 1 information, this column will display all the UDT02s for the selected employee within the selected date range.

The abbreviation for UDT01, UDT02, and UDT09 will display instead of the ID if your system is set up to use abbreviations. This is done in the UDT Options tab of the General Configuration screen.

This non-editable column displays the sum of regular hours for the employee for the level and date range selected on the Criteria tab.  

Note: Cost-only hours are not included in this column. If proration is being performed for the employee, the prorated hours will display.

Select the "+" button to the left of a row to drill down into the information for that employee.  If you selected a Level 2 on the Criteria tab, the information for that level will display. If you did not select a Level 2, the detail information for the employee will display.

This non-editable field displays the total regular hours for the employees in the table, excluding cost-only hours. Prorated hours display for the employee where applicable.

Select the Preview/Print pushbutton to preview the employee activity report.  A Print Employee Activity Report dialog will display. The Preview/Print pushbutton is available on the summary level, all drill-down levels, and the detail level. See the documentation for the Print Employee Activity Report dialog for more details.
